· if an intrusion is detected, our security personnel will address the situation and take ownership, notifying key-holders and/or the emergency services as necessary.
· Our vehicles are satellite-tracked via the control centre, and are equipped with a secure, auditable system.
· Our Proof of Presence process provides accountable records of the patrols carried out on your premises

- As the key holder, acting as a filter to assess the situation and deal with any immediate issues
- As an escort, to meet your key holder and accompany them whilst they investigate further
